How HultMUN handles website information.

1. Who We Are

HultMUN is the Model United Nations Society of Hult International Business School in London. For privacy questions, contact hultmunsociety@gmail.com.

The current website is primarily informational. We may receive personal information when you email us, contact us through linked social platforms, or interact with future conference or alumni forms. This may include your name, email address, organisation, role, message content, and any information you choose to provide.

3. Website and Technical Data

Our hosting provider may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and access times for security, diagnostics, and site performance. HultMUN does not currently use this website for payments, account creation, or phone-based enquiries.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage professional partnerships, support conference communication, maintain alumni relations, protect the website, and improve public-facing information about HultMUN.

5. Legal Basis

Where UK data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests for society administration, communication, website security, and professional outreach; consent where you choose to submit information for a specific purpose; and legal obligations where we are required to retain or disclose information.

6. Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with HultMUN board members, Hult-related stakeholders where appropriate, website hosting providers, email providers, or professional service providers who help us operate the society and website.

7. External Links

This website links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps, email, and other external services. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and may collect information when you leave the HultMUN website.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic and user interactions. Google Analytics sets cookies (like _ga) on your device to gather reports, which only load if you explicitly click "Accept" on our cookie consent banner. Additionally, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to monitor website load times and performance. These Vercel services are privacy-friendly, do not set cookies, and use anonymous hashes to compute statistics without identifying individual users.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, including correspondence, conference administration, alumni relations, partnership management, or record-keeping obligations.

10. Your Rights
